Registering Software & obtaining Unlock Code
The KilnView software package must be registered to operate properly on a PC. After installation, when the software is first started, the following screen will be displayed:
The User ID displays a code specific to the PC that the software is being installed on. Call Future Design with the User ID code and we will immediately email an unlock code (or give it over the phone) to register the software. Once the software is registered, the “register” dialog will no longer appear during software startup.
If you choose not to register the software, KilnView will run in simulation mode only (will not communicate with kiln or single loop controllers) until the software is registered.
