Simple, Touchscreen-Driven Operation

The MCT-CM is designed to operate like a modern device, with a 4.3″ or 7″ touchscreen using menu and slide navigation. Operators can quickly access key functions, manage profiling, and monitor live trends. With 64-step profiling and 8 GB of internal storage, the system easily handles complex thermal recipes.

Flexible Multi-Loop & I/O Architecture

The MCT-CM supports 1 to 10 control loops with generous I/O capabilities:

– Up to 16 digital inputs and 32 programmable digital outputs

– Up to 15 monitor points for expanded system visibility

It supports profiling, static and cascade control, redundancy functions, and is ideal for multi-zone ovens, furnaces, kilns, freezers, and test chambers.

Advanced Data Logging, Security & Compliance

The MCT-CM includes:

– User-group security with four access levels

– Digitally signed data logs and audit trails

– Built-in data logging, trend charts, and historical viewers

These features support AMS2750, 21 CFR Part 11 and quality programs when used with appropriate system integration and documentation.

Built-In Connectivity & Remote Access

Connectivity features include:

– Ethernet 10/100Base-T and RS-232/485 serial communications

– Modbus Master and Slave over serial and TCP/IP

– Email/SMS alerts, FTP support, DataWeb and FileWeb

– SQL-compatible DataWeb for SCADA and MES integration

– Remote viewing via VNC, mobile devices or web pages

Rugged Design for Industrial Environments

The MCT-CM features:

– 4.3″ or 7″ TFT touchscreen displays

– 480×272 (4.3″) or 800×480 (7″) resolution

– NEMA 4X / IP65 front panel protection

– Operating temperature of 0 to 50°C

– 90–250 VAC or 11–26 VAC/VDC power options

Built for long-term industrial use with shock/vibration testing, isolation, and global certifications.

The MCT-CM system is ordered using three required components:
