Dual Inputs for Flexible Sensor Integration

Connect two independent sensors simultaneously—ideal for dual-zone temperature, redundancy checks, or comparing dissimilar process variables. Each channel supports its own signal type, engineering units (°C, °F, PU), and scaling settings.

 

Built-In Math for Smarter Process Logic

Perform real-time calculations between PV1 and PV2 without a PLC. Common uses include temperature differential, ratio or multiplier logic, redundancy validation, and pressure/flow comparisons.

 

Analog Retransmission & Modbus RTU Connectivity

The IA10 offers up to three isolated analog outputs for sending scaled signals to PLCs, chart recorders, actuators, or remote displays. Assign each output to PV1, PV2, or the math result. Integrated RS485 Modbus RTU ensures seamless communication with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
