IO Studio Configuration Software

The included IO Studio software enables quick configuration, calibration, and diagnostics for all FDC-IO Modules. Users can view live data, verify I/O states, and set Modbus addresses directly from a PC.

IO Studio DAQ – Data Acquisition Software

For advanced visualization and recording, IO Studio DAQ adds real-time monitoring and historical data logging for up to 1,024 tags across RTU or Modbus TCP slave devices. Key features include real-time display of digital values, bar graphs, and trends; historical viewer with data analysis tools; and affordable licensing under $200. The demo mode allows one hour of free use, and the full version includes a USB hardware key.

Free PC-Based SCADA with EnVision

Experience the flexibility of EnVision, a free SCADA software platform from Future Design Controls. EnVision supports up to 128 connected devices — including loop controllers, 8-channel analog input modules, and Orion-M iSeries systems — all within one easy-to-use interface.

Key SCADA Capabilities include data logging with up to 129 concurrent log files, built-in analysis tools for digital and trend visualization, and remote access integration with Modbus RTU and TCP networks. The PC-E Serial Modbus to Modbus TCP converter provides a cost-effective bridge for Ethernet connectivity.
