EnVision's security features, along with digital signatures for historical data files and software life cycle and validation documentation, provide CFR21 Part 11 compliance.

The Security features are not just applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.  Any industry that requires secure data files, audit trails and authenticated logins to initiate process changes can take advantage of these features.  The security can also be turned off for companies that do not require security in their systems.

Configure Security
Security Setup is a multi-tab interface divided into three sections.

The Add User tab provides the ability to add up to 30 users to the system divided into 4 user groups; System, Operator, Supervisor and Administrator levels. 

If password aging is enabled and the password has expired, the user will be prompted to enter a new password before they can log into the system again.

Users
The “Users” tab provides the ability to view information on each user entered into the system.  Password information is not available.
